Help Center
1. Login
Use a MetaMask wallet signature or Google login. Google users must associate a real wallet before deposits, withdrawals, or bets that require wallet ownership.
2. Deposits
USDT or test-token deposits use the chain-side Vault flow. INR deposits can be submitted from the deposit modal and are processed by backend payment and ledger systems.
3. Betting
Open a market, choose Yes or No, enter an amount, review the displayed profit multiple, and confirm. Closed, resolved, paused, or invalid markets do not accept new bets.
4. Balance and records
The profile page shows available balance, locked balance, betting records, ledger entries, withdrawals, and invite rewards.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals must meet the platform's currently configured minimum and require admin review. After approval, funds are sent to your associated wallet.
6. How displayed prices are calculated
SSC's MVP displays the profit multiple configured for each Yes or No outcome. These values are not the same as a probability chart or a live market quote midpoint. Always review the displayed multiple, the market status, and the amount you enter before confirming a bet.
If future product versions add dynamic quote pricing, liquidity incentives, reward rebates, or other advanced market features, their calculation rules, eligibility, and payment timing will be shown separately before users participate.
7. Support and troubleshooting
If a transaction, deposit, bet, or withdrawal does not appear as expected, check the transaction hash when available, refresh your profile records, and contact support with your wallet address, account email if applicable, and the relevant time and amount.
Network congestion, insufficient gas, wallet mismatch, expired login sessions, or backend review status may affect the timing of account updates.
8. Initial and later market display values
When a market is first created, its displayed values may be based on administrator configuration, available liquidity, recent activity, or other platform rules. In the current MVP, users should treat the displayed profit multiple as the key value for a bet rather than assuming it is a live probability.
As more users interact with a market, future versions may support displayed values that react to supply, demand, recent fills, quote spread, or other market signals. If those features are introduced, SSC will display the applicable calculation rules in the product.
9. Liquidity and reward concepts
Some trading platforms reward users who provide useful liquidity because deeper liquidity can reduce spread, lower price impact, improve fill reliability, and make markets more resilient during volatile periods.
If SSC introduces liquidity rewards, quote-provider incentives, daily rebates, category-specific reward rates, minimum payout thresholds, or wallet-based reward payments, eligibility and payment rules will be documented before users participate.
- Rewards may depend on whether a user's quote or position actually improves available liquidity.
- Rewards may be funded by platform fees collected in eligible markets.
- Different categories may have different rates or eligibility rules.
- A minimum accrued reward may be required before payout.
